Having begun life as a Knights Templar commandery and fortress in the 12th century, Château Saint-Martin has been a hotel for more than 70 years. In 2019 all of the rooms and suites were reimagined to give them a brighter, more contemporary feel with quietly elegant furnishings and décor in soft Provençal colours.
