At 35, this talented chef takes the helm of the culinary brigades after having brilliantly led those of L’Apogée Courchevel. Leading a team of thirty, he aims to inspire a dynamic that is both exacting and deeply human, offering guests an experience where well-being, conviviality, and haute cuisine come together in perfect harmony.
