The cancellation policy at L’Apogée Courchevel depends on the season but follows a similar structure with a 50% deposit refund minus a €150 penalty if cancellation occurs well in advance which means more than 90 days before arrival in High Season 60 days in Mid Season and 30 days in Low Season if cancellation happens closer to arrival between 90 and 60 days for High Season 60 and 30 days for Mid Season or 30 and 7 days for Low Season 50% of the deposit is retained as compensation cancellations less than 60 days in High Season 30 days in Mid Season or 7 days in Low Season as well as no-shows late arrivals or early departures result in a full charge for the reserved nights and one-night stays always forfeit the full deposit all cancellations must be notified to reservations.apg@oetkerhotels.com.
