We strive for sustainability
in everything we do
Château Saint-Martin & Spa, an Oetker Hotels gem, has long pursued policies to safeguard both environmental sustainability and employee wellbeing and happiness. As a company with rigorous standards of excellence, welcoming guests from all over the world, we take our Corporate Social Responsibility objectives seriously and update them every year.
For several years, we have collaborated with an organization that provides meaningful work-based support to those with disabilities, powering the transformation of the olive harvest into a story of inclusion and sustainability.
Nestled within a breathtaking 14-hectare park, we are dedicated to preserving local biodiversity and natural heritage, values that echo our commitment to inclusion. The produce from our park, including the olives harvested through this partnership, is used to create signature dishes that celebrate the connection between nature, tradition, and the surrounding community. Every bottle of olive oil reflects this enduring philosophy.

United for the future
At Oetker Hotels, we do understand that anything which is not sustainable cannot sustain. We therefore strive for sustainability in everything we do. We are committed to preserving the local environments and communities where we are present around the globe.

Our sustainability partners
Château Saint‑Martin & Spa proudly partners with the Fondation du Patrimoine and the city of Vence to restore the iconic Villa Le Rêve, Henri Matisse’s 1940s refuge. In harmony with nature, the hotel also collaborates with the LPO, installing birdhouses and fostering wildlife-friendly practices throughout its grounds.
