Four beehives are installed in our grounds. They are inhabited by bees that produce a fragrant home-made honey, used by our chefs in their dishes.

The Tango Rose, also called Rose of Vence, is a rare pearl that died out in the region. It was adopted by the hotel, and planted in the gardens, securing its future.

We are home to more than 200 ancient olive trees, which produce the precious essence of olive oil.

Everyday, we adopt responsible actions to reduce the consumption of natural resources.

Our goal is to reduce waste to a strict minimum. We conduct daily efforts to ensure responsible waste conversion and reduction.
