The Art of Cigars
Step into the rarefied world of fine cigars at Knightsbridge’s best-kept secret, The Garden Room. Indulge in an intimate series of cigar masterclasses curated and hosted by Yeni Momblan, Head of Cigars at The Lanesborough. Held monthly, each experience unveils a distinguished cigar from an exceptional collection of Cuban and pre-Castro selections, artfully paired with a complementary spirit for a truly refined tasting journey.
The one hour masterclasses include an introduction to Cuban cigars, with particular focus on the origin and history of the cigar featured in that month's event, paired with a whiskey or cognac from our extensive liquid library and a light selection of charcuterie. Taste and smoke the cigar in good company on the terrace and ask your cigar sommelier any questions you might have - they will be delighted to share their vast knowledge. After the event, guests are invited to stay on and enjoy drinks, food and cigars.

Maximum 10 guests per masterclass/tasting. Seats can be booked online via our online booking tool up to three months in advance, alternatively to make advance bookings please email dining@lanesborough.com or call +44 (0)207 259 5599. Credit card details are required to guarantee your booking, these will be taken at booking stage. A deposit may be applicable and full payment will be taken on the day of the masterclass. No shows or cancellations within 48 hours will be fully charged and are non-refundable.
