A Meri Meri Christmas at The Lanesborough

Step inside the enchanting world of A Meri Meri Christmas, a magical afternoon tea event at The Lanesborough, created in collaboration with luxury partyware brand Meri Meri and NOTORiOUS KiDS. As guests arrive in the Belgravia room, magically transformed with Meri Meri decorations and tableware, they will be joined by three of Santa’s most trusted elves: Polly the Postie and Head Elves Jingle and Belle. As they settle down to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, they will find themselves immersed in a truly magical Christmas story.
Polly has been entrusted with delivering the all-important Christmas post from children around the world -thousands and thousands of Christmas lists and special wishes for Father Christmas. But when she opens her postbag to make the final delivery, she makes a terrible discovery: it is completely empty! The letters have mysteriously disappeared, and nobody knows where they have gone.
Without the children’s Christmas lists, the elves won’t know which presents to prepare and Father Christmas won’t know what to deliver on Christmas Day.
With the final North Pole post collection fast approaching, Polly, Jingle and Belle must solve the mystery, recover the missing letters and post them safely through the magical postbox - with a little help from their guests.
As clues and unexpected discoveries begin to appear around the room and amongst the afternoon tea, young guests will be drawn into the adventure. Through magical storytelling and plenty of elfish mischief, they will help the elves retrace Polly’s steps, uncover what happened to the missing mail and find every last letter.
Performed around the guests as they dine, A Meri Meri Christmas will transform afternoon tea into a joyful theatrical mystery, culminating in the magical moment when the missing letters are finally found and sent safely on their way to Father Christmas.
