An alluring dining destination with both inside and outside seating, Coco’s is poised to become the buzzing epicenter of The Vineta. Offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a setting that blends Riviera glamour with a touch of American charm, Coco’s stands as the vibrant heart of the hotel. Overseen by Executive Chef Brian Rodriguez, as well as Sebastian Broda, Executive Chef of our legendary sister property, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, the menu brings the spirit and sophistication of the South of France to Palm Beach - featuring signature dishes inspired by the iconic French icon, complemented by exclusive new creations crafted for Coco’s.

The chef
The hotel’s signature indoor-outdoor restaurant, Coco’s, is helmed by Executive Chef Brian Rodriguez and offers authentic Mediterranean cuisine alongside a brand-first culinary crossover featuring firm favorites from sister property Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc Executive Chef Sébastian Broda and Pastry Chef Tarek Ahamada closely collaborated on the menu which features signature dishes from the South of France legend, including the classic Steak Diane and Eden Roc Sea Bass.
