Overseen by Sébastien Broda, Executive Chef of our legendary sister property, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, the menu brings the spirit and sophistication of the South of France to Palm Beach - featuring signature dishes inspired by the iconic French icon, complemented by exclusive new creations crafted for Coco’s.

The Cuisine
The hotel’s signature indoor-outdoor restaurant, Coco’s offers authentic Mediterranean cuisine alongside a brand-first culinary crossover featuring firm favorites from sister property Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc Executive Chef Sébastien Broda and Pastry Chef Tarek Ahamada closely collaborated on the menu which features signature dishes from the South of France legend, including the classic Steak Diane and Eden Roc Sea Bass.
