The New Year's Eve dinner brings a six-course signature menu, paired with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne, and options of premium wines and spirits. Live music will embrace the dinner and the night will go on to the Cristal Ballroom party, with live music band, DJ, champagne Moët & chandon, wines, premium spirits and signature drinks. On January 1st, the traditional Palacio's Brunch offers a menu specially curated for this moment, paired with non-alcoholic drinks, sparkling wine, red wine, Aperol Spritz and Gin & Tonic.
