Under the leadership of Executive Chef André Mendes and Chef Filipe Macambyra, the restaurant invites you to take a seat in the main dining room or at the more intimate Chef's Table in a charming private dining room. Located on the ground floor of the luxury 5-star Palácio Tangará, with a view of the lush greenery of Burle Marx Park, the restaurant also offers signature cocktails and more than 280 wines housed in the stunning cellar.


Ruinart Room
Brazil’s first Ruinart Room is located at the award-winning Tangará Jean-Georges. This exclusive space was created to offer experiences that bring together the champagnes of Maison Ruinart and fine dining through special pairings and carefully curated wine and gastronomic encounters. Accommodating up to 14 guests, it provides an elegant and intimate setting for celebrations and exclusive culinary experiences.
