Guests of The Lanesborough enjoy exclusive personal shopping services, granting guests access to a team of talented shoppers who can help you navigate the Knightsbridge store with ease during your stay.
Terms & Conditions:
Bookings for this experience require a minimum of 48 hours notice. English breakfast is included daily up to the value of £46 per guest, inclusive of VAT and service charge. This offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers. Rates are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and exclusive of a discretionary 5% service charge. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to seven days prior to arrival.[CUT]
*Above mentioned exclusive shopping experiences with Harrods are available up until 22nd December 2025 and subject to availability with a minimum £5,000 Harrods Gift Card purchase. Personal shopping services must be pre-booked with the Lanesborough Concierge, including a telephone pre-consultation. For last minute shopping up until Christmas Day in-store services are available. Harrods Gift Wrapping available at a supplement. Harrods are able to offer VAT-free shopping on in-store purchases shipped to an international address, and your Harrods Personal Shopper can facilitate shipping.
