In a bucolic setting, surrounded by centuryold olive trees and lavender, guests will enjoy a sumptuous Mediterranean buffet specially crafted by our new Executive Head Chef, Romain Antoine. Brasero grilling, cheese specialities, fresh produce, and Mediterranean delights will be in the spotlight, all enhanced by the exquisite creations of our Pastry Chef, Aurélien Wargny. The atmosphere will be set to life by the Chris Cadillac Strolling Band, a musical group known for its vibrant energy and dynamic performances. Their music, blending global styles, elegantly creates a thrilling and captivating experience.

At 35, this talented chef takes the helm of the culinary brigades after having brilliantly led those of L’Apogée Courchevel. Leading a team of thirty, he aims to inspire a dynamic that is both exacting and deeply human, offering guests an experience where well-being, conviviality, and haute cuisine come together in perfect harmony.
