At dusk, the evening begins on the terrace of Bar Le Rossini, with a dinner aperitif of local and seasonal flavours. As night falls, guests head to Saint-Paul de Vence, one of the most beautiful villages on the Riviera. By lantern light, accompanied by a guide from the Saint-Paul de Vence Tourism Office, they explore the village in an intimate atmosphere, uncovering its secrets, legends, and the legacy of renowned artists such as Marc Chagall and Jacques Prévert.

In the shade of centuries-old olive trees, on its pétanque court nestled in the gardens, Château Saint-Martin & Spa offers a convivial and immersive experience, designed as a true Provençal interlude. Guided by a qualified instructor, beginners and seasoned players alike learn the rules of the game, refine their technique, or enjoy animated rounds in an atmosphere that is both relaxed and refined, to the rhythm of the cicadas.

An artistic interlude with Margot Gerrits
In collaboration with watercolour artist Margot Gerrits, a resident of Vence for over twenty years, Château Saint-Martin & Spa invites its guests to explore their artistic sensibility in a unique setting. In an intimate group, a maximum of two people, guests share a personalised initiation session, free to choose their spot among the hotel's Mediterranean gardens or to be guided by Margot to one of her favourite places on the estate. An encounter shaped by exchange, quietude, and the gentle movement of the brush.
