To mark the close of the season at L’Oliveraie, Château Saint-Martin & Spa invites you on August 30 to «La Grande Tablée des Producteurs», a joyful celebration of local producers, exceptional flavours, and the art of sharing.
Meet our passionate local producers who inspire our Head Chef, Romain Antoine, and savour an abundant selection of gourmet food stations with the very best of Mediterranean flavours, including risotto, fresh pasta served from a Parmesan wheel, pizzas, socca and pissaladière, brasero-grilled meats and fish, rotisserie specialties, and a fresh salad bar. Sweet creations by our Pastry Chef Aurélien Wargny will complete this culinary experience.
