William Kentridge - Paper Procession I
A South African artist, William Kentridge's drawings, films, and installations weave together memory and imagination, transforming social narrative into delicate poetry.
Installed alongside the Grande Allée, Paper Procession I stands as a singular, almost theatrical presence. Balancing fragility and determination, it embodies memory in motion, engaging with the landscape in a tension that is both poetic and profound.

Material (SG) V & Bronze wind sculpture (SG) III
Located near the Two Fountains, Material (SG) V seems to come to life under the Mediterranean sun. Created from colourful fabrics inspired by African wax print, this monumental work evokes the dialogues between colonial heritage, personal identity, and globalisation. Yinka Shonibare, 2025 Material (SG) V Unique — Fifth work in the "Sculpture Garden" series Steel frame with tripod and theodolite made of hand-painted fibreglass-reinforced polyester 400 × 200 × 200 cm.
Installed in front of the hotel's façade, this monumental bronze sculpture transforms the movement of the wind into a visual language. Inspired by Shonibare's fascination with metamorphosis and the circulation of forms across time and cultures, Bronze Wind Sculpture (SG) III captures the invisible breath of the wind and makes it visible, undulating elegantly in the Mediterranean breeze. Yinka Shonibare, 2025 Bronze Wind Sculpture (SG) III Unique — Third work in the "Sculpture Garden" series Hand-painted bronze 200 × 137 × 147 cm — 430 kg.
