Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc Monopoly

A Playful Immersion into the Riviera Legend
Released as a limited edition of 500, the bespoke, bilingual French-English collector’s piece captures the natural beauty of the Cap d'Antibes landscapes through a rich palette of blues and greens. Featuring a collector’s box, an illustrated board, six gold-coloured tokens, the Chance and Community Chest cards, Eden-Roc currency, and the essential houses and hotels, the universally beloved game serves as a time capsule of precious summer memories at the hotel.

An Immersive Encounter
Embark on a unique journey through the elegantly illustrated board game.
The Board game
From the Fontaine aux Tortues to the Grande Allée, every square of the bespoke game celebrates a place, a service or a chapter of Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc’s history. Traditional railway stations are reimagined as the estate's four private villas with each detail honouring the hotel’s signature emblems.
The Banknotes
Adorned with the iconic Eden-Roc Pavilion, carved into the rock in 1914, the game’s bespoke banknotes pay tribute to the enduring legend of the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Available in denominations from M1 to M500 in Monopoly's historic colour palette, they blend the spirit of the game with the sophistication of the Palace.
The Chance/Safe Cards & Tokens
The Chance and Safe cards captivate with beloved references, ranging from a private tasting at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant Louroc to a game of pétanque with our President and CEO, Mr. Philippe Perd. Continuing the bespoke voyage, six gold-coloured metal tokens are emblazoned with hotel icons, including the Eden-Roc buoy, the Autobianchi Bianchina Eden-Roc, the Queen Elizabeth rose, a director's chair, tennis rackets and finally, the ‘Hôtel du Cap’ itself.

Artist-Crafted Excellence
Imagined by artist Haydée Otero, the design of the custom game has been created through a multi-media mix of painting, cutting and collage in a style inspired by the Mediterranean elegance of the Côte d’Azur. Formally trained at the Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux and based in Nice for more than twenty-five years, the artist presents her unique perspective of the property with an original flair, making this custom Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc Monopoly game an enduring collector’s item.
