Saint-Honoré Easter Egg
Inspired by the iconic Saint-Honoré, the Easter Egg imagined by Chefs Maxence Barbot and Johan Giacchetti celebrates the beauty of French pastry craftsmanship.
Beneath its 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate shell unfold notes of tonka bean caramel, Piedmont hazelnuts and cocoa praliné enhanced with a hint of fleur de sel.
Available in limited edition at L’Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol from March 18, 2026 to April 5, 2026.

Chocolate Saint-Honoré Pastry
Imagined by Chef Maxence Barbot, this chocolate Saint-Honoré reinterprets the iconic pastry through an intense composition of chocolate, caramel and tonka bean.
Along its delicately piped edges, fine tear-shaped choux crown the creation, a subtle tribute to the original gesture and a promise of deeply indulgent emotion.
