Introducing Farid Fazel

Farid Fazel discovered his passion for cooking at an early age, learnt his trade at a number of well-regarded establishments across Austria and Germany, and cooked for distinguished guests including Ban Ki Moon and Barack Obama. Now at the helm of Fritz & Felix at Brenners, he combines his expert knowledge of regional Black Forest cuisine with gastronomic influences from all over the world. In 2018 he published a cookbook entitled #Heimat-Schwarzwald reloaded (#Homeland-Black Forest reloaded).
