Myriam Ourthiague

Concierge at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, Myriam Ourthiague embodies the excellence and versatility of palace concierge service. Since joining the hotel in 2018, she has progressed through every level, from intern to concierge, with positions at K2 Palace in Courchevel, Domaine de l'Astragale in Saint-Tropez, and Cheval Blanc. Returning to Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in 2021, she now brings this wealth of experience to an international clientele. Holding a Bachelor in Luxury Hotel Management with a concierge specialisation and a BTS in Hotel Management, Myriam combines technical expertise with a keen eye for detail to offer each guest a unique experience.

Luc Barbot

Luc Barbot has built his expertise and exacting vision of hospitality within the greatest houses of luxury hotel management. Trained in the Bachelor Luxury Hotel Management with a concierge specialisation, he began as an intern in 2017 at Château Saint-Martin & Spa, then in 2018 at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. He went on to enrich his experience at Le Kaïla in Méribel, the InterContinental Carlton in Cannes, and Four Seasons Megève, before returning to Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in 2020. Since then, he has deployed an approach to service that combines rigour, responsiveness and interpersonal skill, for one of the most discerning clienteles in the world.

Thomas Miller

A graduate of IAE Nice in luxury hotel management and Lycée Polyvalent Stanislas in hotel management, Thomas Miller has a genuine passion for concierge service, a profession he chose early for its sense of service, detail and human connection. He has built his career across the finest houses of Oetker Hotels, between Château Saint-Martin & Spa, L'Apogée Courchevel and Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. His international experience, enriched by a stint in the United States in the world of wine and hospitality, informs a vision of the concierge profession that is both exacting and deeply human.
