Originally from Cortona, Tuscany, he discovered the world of wine at an early age and later trained in renowned establishments in London.

In 2021, he became Head Sommelier at the Michelin-starred Le George at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, and in 2023, he was named Best Sommelier of Italy while achieving the highest score in his class at the Court of Master Sommeliers.

At Le Bristol, he aims to create a seamless dialogue between cuisine, sommellerie, and service, highlighting the exceptional depth of the hotel’s wine cellar. His vision of sommellerie combines precision and approachability, prioritizing emotion and memorable experiences for every guest.
