Extend the Wellness Sundays experience at home with five exclusive Maison Of(f) Wellness classes, thoughtfully designed to sculpt, strengthen, and rebalance the body: two targeted Pilates sessions focused on core strength and posture, and two yoga classes — from a gentle morning flow to revitalising twists — to awaken energy, refine the silhouette, and restore fluidity and lightness, and a dedicated breathing class to encourage relaxation and mindful presence.

Pilates class 1
The first class focuses on core engagement to awaken the deep muscles, restore tone, and reestablish a stable sense of grounding in the body.
Through precise, controlled movements, this session helps boost energy, improve posture, and lay the foundation for more fluid and mindful movement.

Pilates class 2
A second class dedicated to lower-body stability and posture, designed to strengthen grounding, support the pelvis, and harmonise overall alignment. By targeting the legs, glutes, hips, and postural muscles, this session enhances stability while cultivating a more toned silhouette and a balanced posture.

Yoga class 1
The first class, Morning Flow, offers a gentle and progressive awakening of the body through smooth sequences, mobility work, and breathwork that boost energy, release tension, and bring greater clarity from the very start of the day.

Yoga class 2
The second class centres on twists, with progressive rotational sequences designed to support spinal mobility, stimulate digestion, and encourage a natural detox sensation, while rebalancing energy and restoring greater fluidity, tone, and lightness to the body.

Breathing Class
A guided breathing class designed to slow down, release tension, and restore inner balance. Through simple yet powerful breathing exercises, the breath becomes a tool to calm the mind, re-energize the body, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and ease.
