Fritz & Felix serves prime cuts, fine fish, and creative vegetarian dishes from around the world. Chef Farid Fazel crafts signature flavors on the iconic Charcoa Grill. A vibrant bar, live entertainment, and an award-winning wine list complete the urban-chic experience.

The Fritz & Felix bar, inspired by the Roaring Twenties, blends Black Forest elements with modern flair. Signature drinks and reimagined classics feature house-made vermouths and one of Germany’s largest gin and whisky selections.

Named after the legendary thoroughbred stallion from Baron Schlenderhan’s Stud, the Oleander Bar is a favourite meeting point after a trip to the races, where Brenners hosts a private lounge.

The airy Restaurant Wintergarten serves regional Black Forest products with a lovely view into the private park.

When tradition meets state-of-the-art

It was not only the first steps in life, but also the first steps in his career that Munich-born Sebastian Haverkemper took in the beautiful metropolis. Starting at the Mandarin Oriental, he moved on to renowned properties such as the Hotel Sacher and Schloss Elmau. Now he has found himself at the gateway to the Black Forest - in the beautiful town of Baden-Baden, at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. His french inspired cooking style is based on a great love for regional fine products with modern influences. Haverkemper's meticulous culinary signature is visible in all of the kitchens at Brenners Park-Hotel, for which he is in charge as Executive Chef.
