the access to our Wintergarten restaurant is through the entrance of Villa Stéphanie or the Oos bridge. Due to the renovation of the main building, access through the lobby and the Kaminhalle will temporarily be unavailable.

With over 17  years of experience in the prestigious Jahreszeiten GRILL at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, Wintergarten Restaurant Manager Darius Wieczorek brings classic hospitality and contemporary charm to the tables of the Wintergarten. Working alongside Chef Stefan Naatz, they make traditional classics come to life anew.

Table-Side actions, such as carving a lobster or preparing steak tartare at the guest's table provide unforgettable experiences for both young and old.
