Our wine list, curated in collaboration with Master of Wine Konstantin Baum, brings a finely balanced selection of regional wines from Baden and Germany together with outstanding international labels to your glass. It’s a wonderful reminder to keep doing what we love: creating memorable moments with great food, fine wine, and genuine hospitality.

With over 17 years of experience in the prestigious Jahreszeiten GRILL at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, Wintergarten Restaurant Manager Darius Wieczorek brings classic hospitality and contemporary charm to the tables of the Wintergarten. Working alongside Chef Stefan Naatz, they make traditional classics come to life anew.

Table-Side actions, such as carving a lobster or preparing steak tartare at the guest's table provide unforgettable experiences for both young and old.

Lunch:
