The sommeliers of Le Bristol Paris open their cellar to offer you three personalized experiences, designed to take you on a journey and immerse you in the world of wine through an exceptional tasting. Each experience, complemented by a private tour of the cellar and the Bristol Workshops, allows you to discover a selection of wines carefully chosen by our sommeliers, perfectly paired with delicate savory treats.

The experience
Discover the art of wine tasting, guided by our expert sommeliers in the cellars of Le Bristol Paris, where more than 3,500 wine varieties are stored. Sourced from vineyards around the globe, up to 70,000 bottles are ready to drink, while a further 80,000 are still ageing. Wines from the most prestigious maisons are to be found alongside those from lesser known vineyards that are worth discovering. Some of the finest classified Bordeaux Grands Crus, rare Rivesaltes from the 19th century and even an impressive Clos Joliette from a vanished wine estate can be found on the shelves. The tasting is enhanced with a food pairing, with canapes provided by the chef.
