Terms & Conditions
Spa Le Bristol by La Mer
Opening Hours
Spa Le Bristol by La Mer is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The fitness centre and swimming pool are open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
These opening hours may be modified, restricted or temporarily suspended, without compensation, in the event of maintenance works, private events, technical constraints, exceptional circumstances, safety requirements, public health measures, or any other legitimate reason related to the proper operation of the establishment.
Access to the facilities is reserved for guests staying at the hotel or for guests with a confirmed spa treatment reservation. Management reserves the right to refuse or restrict access whenever safety, hygiene, guest comfort or maximum occupancy conditions cannot be ensured.
Arrival at the Spa
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment in order to prepare for their treatment in complete relaxation and enjoy the spa facilities beforehand.
Should you arrive late, your treatment duration may be shortened in order to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments, without any reduction in price or entitlement to a refund.
If your delay makes it impossible to perform the treatment under satisfactory conditions, the spa reserves the right to cancel the appointment. In such circumstances, the full treatment fee will remain payable.
Cancellation Policy
Any request to amend or cancel a treatment must be made no later than 9:00 p.m. on the day preceding the appointment.
After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the full treatment fee will be charged and may be debited from the payment method provided or added to the guest's hotel bill.
Any amendment remains subject to the spa's availability and does not constitute an acquired right.
Late arrivals, partial attendance or personal circumstances preventing the guest from attending do not entitle the guest to any refund where the treatment had been duly reserved and made available by the establishment.
Refusal or Interruption of a Treatment
The spa reserves the right to refuse, postpone or immediately discontinue any treatment where the guest's apparent state of health, behaviour, hygiene, intoxication, suspected use of prohibited substances, aggressive, inappropriate or indecent conduct, or any other particular circumstance is likely to compromise the safety, tranquillity, dignity or proper performance of the treatment.
In such circumstances, the full treatment fee may remain payable, without prejudice to the establishment's right to seek compensation for any damage suffered.
Reservations
Full payment of the treatment is required in advance to secure the reservation.
The spa reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is not guaranteed, is incomplete, or presents a clear risk of non-payment, fraud, inappropriate behaviour or non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions.

Massages, manicures and pedicures may be provided in your room upon request.

Guests are required to inform the spa, at the time of booking and prior to any treatment, of any relevant information concerning their health, including but not limited to allergies, injuries, pain, medical treatments, recent surgery, known medical conditions, pregnancy, dermatological, cardiac, circulatory, respiratory or neurological conditions, or any contraindication that may affect the treatment or the use of the spa facilities.
Guests undertake to complete any health questionnaire provided before their treatment accurately, fully and honestly.
The spa shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, late or deliberately withheld information provided by the guest.
Should there be any doubt as to a guest's suitability to receive a treatment or use the facilities, the spa reserves the right to refuse or adapt the treatment without giving rise to any entitlement to compensation.
Hammam, Heat & Wellness Facilities
The use of the hammam, steam facilities and any similar wellness installation is entirely the responsibility of the guest, who must ensure beforehand that such use is compatible with their state of health.
These facilities are not recommended for guests suffering from high blood pressure, heart, respiratory or circulatory conditions, asthma, fever, dizziness, high-risk pregnancy, or for anyone who has recently consumed alcohol or substances likely to impair alertness.
Guests must discontinue use immediately should they experience discomfort, dizziness, faintness, breathing difficulties or any unusual sensation, and must inform a member of the spa team without delay.
Pregnancy
Certain treatments may be available to pregnant guests from the second trimester onwards, subject to compatibility with their state of health and the absence of any medical contraindications.
Pregnant guests must inform the spa of their pregnancy both at the time of booking and prior to their treatment.
The spa reserves the right to refuse, postpone or adapt any treatment where there is doubt, a high-risk pregnancy, a declared or apparent medical contraindication, or insufficient information.
Failure to disclose a pregnancy or any relevant medical information shall remain the sole responsibility of the guest.

Any loss, failure to return, abnormal damage or clearly inappropriate use may result in a charge corresponding to the replacement cost.

Your Comfort
To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, the spa provides a bathrobe, towel and slippers on a complimentary basis for the duration of your visit.
These items remain the exclusive property of the establishment and must be returned in good condition at the end of your visit. Any loss, failure to return or damage exceeding normal wear and tear may result in a charge corresponding to the replacement or repair cost.
Guests are kindly requested to wear appropriate swimwear when using the pool and wellness facilities.
For reasons of hygiene, safety and respect for other guests, the spa reserves the right to refuse access to certain facilities if attire is deemed inappropriate.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, members of staff and the spa facilities.
Any violent, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, inappropriate or indecent behaviour, or any conduct likely to disrupt the proper operation of the establishment, may result in immediate exclusion from the spa without refund and without prejudice to the establishment's right to seek compensation for any loss or damage suffered.
Mobile Phones
The spa is a place dedicated to tranquillity, relaxation and respect for the privacy of others.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be kept on silent mode throughout your time within the spa facilities.
Telephone conversations should be avoided in all communal areas.
Photography, video recording or audio recording likely to disturb the tranquillity, compromise security or confidentiality, or infringe the image rights or privacy of other guests or members of staff is prohibited unless prior authorisation has been granted by Management.
The spa reserves the right to require any guest to cease immediately any use of an electronic device or any image capture that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply, or any disruptive behaviour, may result in suspension or withdrawal of access to the facilities without compensation or refund.
Personal Belongings and Valuables
Guests remain solely responsible for their personal belongings throughout their visit to the spa.
Guests are advised not to bring valuables, including jewellery, watches, cash, documents, electronic devices or other precious items, and to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard their belongings.
Subject to mandatory applicable legal provisions, the spa accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, misplacement or damage of personal belongings left unattended in changing rooms, lockers, communal areas or elsewhere within the establishment.
Any item expressly entrusted to the establishment shall be subject to the liability regime provided for under the applicable regulations.
Lost Property
Lost property found within the spa will, where possible, be retained for a maximum period of three (3) months from the date it is found.
After this period, and unless otherwise required by law, such items may be handed over to the relevant authorities, destroyed or otherwise disposed of as appropriate.
Items will only be returned upon presentation of satisfactory proof of ownership.
Any shipping or postage costs requested by the guest shall remain at the guest's expense.
Maintenance and Temporary Closure of Facilities
To ensure safety, service quality and the proper functioning of the facilities, certain areas or equipment may be temporarily closed, restricted or unavailable due to maintenance works, technical inspections, repairs, public health requirements or any other legitimate operational reason.
Where reasonably possible, the establishment will endeavour to inform guests in advance and to offer an alternative solution where available.
Such circumstances shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the establishment or any entitlement to compensation, provided they are justified and proportionate.
Force Majeure
The establishment shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, or from any event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, fire, flooding, pandemics, epidemics, administrative decisions, mandatory closures imposed by public authorities, industrial action, strikes, interruption of communication networks, supplier failure, IT system failures, electricity, gas or water outages, or any other exceptional circumstance.
In such circumstances, the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
Governing Law and Consumer Mediation
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a complaint, guests are invited to contact the spa in the first instance in order to seek an amicable resolution.
